YOOLOX at 2022 London Coffee Festival
Coffee is the world’s favourite hot beverage. And, recognising that London was rapidly becoming the world’s most exciting coffee city, the London Coffee Festival launched eleven years ago as a celebration of coffee. The four day festival combines coffee tasting, demonstrations from world-class baristas and interactive workshops, live music, art exhibitions and coffee-based cocktails. For the third time, YOOLOX exhibited at this year’s event, taking place between 31st March and 3rd April at the Truman Brewery in Shoreditch, with 30,000 creative urbanites and industry professionals in attendance.
We enjoyed seeing some familiar faces as well as meeting new ones. Visitors to our stall loved seeing how our technology works, and were particularly impressed by the charging spot, which is simply activated when a feedback question is answered on their phone.
We were fortunate to meet with some big chains in hospitality, and our tagline - “Supercharge your customer insights” - really resonated with them. - Sarah Liu, Head of Marketing at YOOLOX.
Our latest release is YOOLOX Ordering, a self-serve ordering system for restaurants and cafes is powered by unique device recognition technology and QR codes. It enables hospitality businesses to effortlessly improve customer experience and gather insights on returning customers. Hospitality businesses visiting our stand felt that this technology would be a real game changer to them, as they struggle with staff absences following Brexit and the pandemic. For them, self-serve ordering systems are a must-have; the technology allows hospitality businesses to assign resources to other areas and reduce human error, towards providing the best customer experience possible.
London Coffee Festival 2022 was a great time had by all, and the team experienced many laughs, pints of beers and, of course, plenty of coffee.
We look forward to returning to the London Coffee Festival next year. In the meantime, reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to find out more.
